The Curtis Community Center was the fruition of a combined effort from local residents to help give the people of Curtis and the surrounding area a centralized community gathering location.  It has many rooms that may be reserved for events, conferences, meetings, parties, reunions, or other purposes!

The building also houses the Medicine Valley Fitness Center (separate membership fee applies) and the City of Curtis - Curtis Light and Water offices.

To reserve a room or rooms in the community center we are trying a new reservation online booking system, but you may also call the city office to reserve a room as well.  A cleaning deposit is required and varies based on the room(s) reserved.  You may choose to have the deposit returned to you after your event or donate the deposit to the community center which will then be used to help improve the facilities in the future.

In 2021, 2022, and 2023 improvements have been made to the facility including all new paint, carpets, new tables, new chairs, new ice machine, with many more improvements planned to come in future years as funds are available!
